The seller and
purchaser agree to the
following conditions of this
agreement as stated:
1. Deposit
may be by check to Deb O'Neil. Final
payment must be made in cash or money order.
3. Your deposit will be non-refundable, and applied toward a kitten
purchase from our cattery, from a litter
of your choice.
4. Kittens may be visited and chosen at 5 weeks or older. Most kittens
will be assigned before then.
But if the
kitten selected does not seem like a good match, arrangements will be
made to find a better match.
5. Kittens are released between 10 weeks and 15 weeks.
