Loving Ragdoll Cats
We are Rich and Deb, and this our cozy Ragdoll cattery in Northern California, where our kittens are raised in a loving, supportive environment. Our kittens are registered through TICA and we adhere to the ethics set out by this organization.
For more information about TICA click here.TICA.

Our cats are raised with water fountains and are trained to like water. We own a 45' sailboat in Sausalito that we try to take all the kittens to visit at least once. We also begin the training for walking on leashes,
having nails trimmed, grooming and playing and scratching on
scratching trees, and interacting with humans in a gentle loving
manner. When they arrive in your home we guarantee their good
health, and toilet training habits.

We specifically train our kittens for flexible living, love of travel and
eagerness to meet new situations. We nurture their individuality, and
encourage problem solving skills. We try to match up homes with kittens, so every kitten gets a chance at a perfect life. We don't just sell kittens here. We create lifemates. Will you find your new friend here?

We are breeding Seal and Red bicolor Ragdolls in traditional and lynx points and welcome the occasional quirky Tortie females who are so unique in their markings. Our matriarch female, Cleopatra is herself a Seal Cream Lynx Bicolor Torbie. (Torbie means a striped female Ragdoll with red in her coat). She is smart and graceful, with a long body and huge fluffy banded tail, and is a perfect mother. She has a very sweet disposition and is very obedient. She walks on a leash and loves to travel.

Our patriarch male, Sailor is a Seal Lynx mitted with a blaze from a very prominent champion blood line. He is like spun sugar. He is a wonderful father and does not spray, and is very loving. He watches over his kittens with tender adoration. He is the ambassador of the family, taking great care to socialize new members.

Ragdoll kittens are born solid white and slowly develop their color over the first two years of their life. Most Ragdoll kittens show signs of color on their ears after they are a few days old. But it often takes 2 to 5 weeks to be able to determine with accuracy their color and coat pattern, especially with lighter colored kittens. The patterns are colorpoint, mitted and bicolor. There is also a lynx pattern that can exist with any of the three other patterns and is a tabby striping of the points. Lynx and bicolors show a lighter body color than their colorpoint and mitted counterpoints.
